Responsible for completing agreed deliverables, meeting deadlines, maintaining responsiveness, and supporting organizational needs while retaining discretion over the method, manner, and scheduling of the work.

Support students and young adults as they navigate education, training, and workforce pathways. Key point of contact for participants, ensure they stay engaged, complete required milestones, access resources, and successfully transition into training, employment, or postsecondary opportunities.

Leads research, impact measurement, evaluation, strategic initiatives, and funding development across UFCS, using evidence, data, and labor-market intelligence to strengthen programs, inform organizational strategy, and support sustainable scale.
