United for College + Career Success (UFCS) builds on the ideology that a collaborative community should be accountable for the success of their students beyond high school. As a direct result of UFCS’ efforts, bold actions have led to the development of proven and replicable support programs and a large-scale learner tracking system. UFCS uses research, technology, and real-time data as drivers of its mission to empower underserved learners to obtain a meaningful credential and/or career with upward mobility.

I work at UFCS because it allows me to bring opportunities where there were none, spark hope, and walk alongside young people as they achieve social mobility and fulfill their full potential.
I work at UFCS because it allows me to be what I needed when I was younger – a voice and encourager with resources and knowledge about what college and career choices are available.
I’m part of a team that empowers youth, transforms lives, and shapes a future where every individual can thrive and contribute to their communities.
I want to be the help needed and wanted when I was a young person who needed direction. Working with organizations and causes with the same mission makes working with UFCS a must.
